Cesar's new mom writes:

I just wanted to say thank you to All Dog Rescue especially Susan. She was very pleasant and told me everything up front about Cesar. I had been looking on your site for several weeks at different dogs and every time went back to Cesar. There was just something about him and his story that drew me to him. My fiance Nathan finally said "I know you want a dog. You keep looking at them. Every time you go back to Cesar. Let's go meet him." I said "I can't." Nathan asked me "Why?" I told him, "If I go meet Cesar I won't be able to leave him there. I know it!" I was right. Cesar was at the door when we went to Susan's to meet him. Wagging his tail and all excited. We went in sat on the couch and he immediately jumped up on our laps and started licking us. I knew right then and there I would adopt him. I just fell in love with him. Cesar is doing great and very happy he never stops wagging his tail! Cesar is going to be a wonderful dog. Thank you so much Susan for taking such good care of him.
