Beulah's new mom writes:
"She's doing great and getting so tall! We think she has a career as a supermodel
because of her long legs.
She seems to grow inches every day, and was 41 pounds the last vet visit, at
6 months. She still has the sweetest temperament ever, and loves to crawl
into anyone's lap and snuggle, even though she doesn't really fit anymore -
she still thinks she is puppy-size. She loves the dog park. Her favorite
game is being chased by another dog. She pounces on dogs and runs away,
looking over her shoulder like, "Come get me!!" She's super agile and fast,
already outrunning most other dogs. We love to guess what kinds of dogs she
might be made of, and it changes from stage to stage. People at the dog
park have lots of opinions. The latest is that she is part Doberman or
greyhound (because of the skinniness, legginess and the speed), part German
or Belgian shepherd (because of her markings), and part beagle or lab or
some other hound. We tell people she is part hound, part stilts. Whatever
she is, we love her very much!"
