Newman's new dad writes:

While stopping at the Animal Wellness Center to pick up medication for my 14 year old husky, I “met” Newman. His beautiful eyes and wonderful demeanor caught my attention. After a few minutes speaking with his foster mom, I gave her my card and told her to call me. Two weeks later, Newman came for a home visit and had a blast with my dog. I knew than that he found a home. My girlfriend and I “picked up” Newman that following Saturday and he’s been a blessing ever since!!

Within a day he knew how to use the doggy door and plays in the backyard for hours. He’s still learning the “pecking” order with our cat, but they will be fine. Newman is wonderful with our neighbor children and now we just found out that we will be parents in November.

Thank you for allowing us to adopt Newman and give him a wonderful home. He is a wonderful addition to our family..
